Orange Coast Memorial Golf Classic
Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (PDT)
Over the past eleven years, the Orange Coast Memorial Golf Classic has raised $688,000 to support the mission and programs of our hospital. Our loyal supporters and corporate sponsors continue to make a difference in the lives of patients through their generosity.
This year's tournament features a scramble format, on-course contests, and a chance to win a vacation to the Home of Golf in Scotland, St. Andrews. After a continental breakfast, golfers will tackle the world-class Tom Fazio-designed Oak Creek golf course. Players will be invited to a post-tournament lunch featuring awards and a prize raffle.
And don't forget your loud slacks—we know you have them! Dig to the back of your closet and pull out those plaid shorts or old school knickers. Get together with your friends and be creative with your team uniforms. You could win more than just all the attention on the course.
At the conclusion of the day, grab a drink at the club house and watch as a helicopter buzzes the course, dropping 500 golf balls onto the green. The person with the ball closet to the hole wins an iPad 2. It could be you!
Don't miss out on this outrageous event and the opportunity to support the Orange Coast Memorial Foundation.
This Year's Event Will Certainly Be Extraordinary.
Orange Coast Memorial Foundation develops philanthropic resources that support Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in providing excellence in health care within its community.
As a not-for-profit hospital, we rely on philanthropy to strengthen our ability to fund new technology, equipment, research, and educational programs. Thanks to caring support from individuals and companies in our community, we are able to provide services and enhancements that we wouldn't otherwise be able to afford.
